As part of the Student Success Division, the Assistant Director plays a critical role in helping students thrive both musically and academically. Aligned with Berklee's strategic vision for 2025, this position supports high-impact student success initiatives focused on affordability, access, retention, and meaningful learning experiences. The Assistant Director reports to the Director of Core Music Tutoring and oversees the daily operations of CMT, including supervising staff, coordinating schedules, developing programming, and fostering inclusive learning environments.
