About The Position
The Office of Conferences and Events at Washington & Jefferson College is seeking a qualified candidate for the position of Assistant Director of Conferences & Events. This position will assist the Director of Conferences and Events with both internal and external events with an emphasis on summer camps and the college's Baccalaureate, Commencement and Matriculation Ceremonies. They will work closely with other departments on campus including facility services, residence life, catering and information and technology services, to assure that the college's guests needs are met in a timely and efficient manner. The position requires availability to work during evenings, and weekends, as required by business needs.
