About The Position
CulinArt Group operates over 250 onsite corporate, higher education, private school, healthcare and destination recreation/leisure dining facilities in 18 states, including cafés, coffee bars, concessions, executive dining, catering and conference dining, social catering/special events, office coffee service and vending. The Assistant Director of Cafe Management supports daily operations at a NYC healthcare facility-the Koch Center-with $3M in annual revenue. The location includes a weekday-only coffee bar and café serving patients and staff, with a team of approximately 15. This role focuses on team leadership, client relationship management, financial performance, and execution of high-quality food service.
