Penn State is accepting applications for an Assistant Director of Athletics Compliance within the Athletics Compliance Office . This position oversees assigned NCAA bylaws and serves as the primary contact for designated sports and/or units by providing interpretations, submitting waivers, and reporting Level III violations. Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Manage the day-to-day duties related to assigned NCAA bylaws, including Bylaw 13: Recruiting Serve as the main point of contact for assigned sports and/or administrative units, respond to interpretive inquiries, prepare and submit waiver requests, and investigate and file Level III violations for assigned sports and/or administrative units Assist with student-athlete housing assignments and maintain housing database; serve as primary contact for institutional housing of student-athletes Assist with maintaining compliance-related databases (ARMS/Teamworks)
