  • Support advising services by coordinating initial and ongoing training for advisors.

  • Master's degree in a relevant field.
  • 5 or more years of related work experience in a university/college setting.
  • At least 3 years of increasing responsibility within higher education related to academic advising.
  • Experience in planning and executing complex processes involving data and large groups of students.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Demonstrated commitment to customer service.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other advising software applications.
  • Experience with supervision and management of employees.
  • Experience working with early career students and pre-professional programs.
  • Program development and evaluation experience.
  • Ability to work effectively in a complex and evolving organization.
