About The Position
The Assistant Director of Admission Operations and Business Analyst plays a pivotal role in managing and enhancing the efficiency of the admissions process to support campus enrollment strategies at UMSL. Reporting directly to the Executive Director for Enrollment Management, this position provides leadership, oversight, and strategic direction for the admissions operations team. The role is responsible for analyzing data and processes, optimizing enrollment technology systems, and fostering professional development within the operations team to effectively support the university's enrollment goals.
