About The Position
Serves primarily as the regional representative for the Office of Admissions, while based in the southern California area. As the Assistant Director of Admissions, you will serve prospective undergraduate students and their families in the college search process with a goal to recruit quality candidates to HPU. Territory management, recruitment planning, event coordination and facilitation, and application reading are some of the primary responsibilities in this role. Additionally, the Assistant Director serves and engages with campus partners and leadership, faculty, coaches, high school counselors, parents, and others to support student access and enrollment to HPU. This role serves to execute strategic recruitment initiatives to meet enrollment goals. As a primary point of contact for your assigned territory, strong presentation and relationship-building and maintenance skills are critical for success in this role. This is a regional position, and the Assistant Director is expected to work with a high level of independence, initiative, and autonomy.
