Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies for assigned territories and student cohorts.
  • Manage student cohorts through CRM (Slate), prospect documentation, group presentations, interviews, and application review.
  • Represent Linfield University at high schools, community colleges, college fairs, and events.
  • Build relationships with independent educational consultants, CBOs, and organizational representatives to recruit new students.
  • Deliver compelling presentations and attend evening and weekend college-planning events, panels, and promotional activities.
  • Critically review and recommend admission decisions for highly competitive applicants.
  • Collaborate with offices such as academic advising, registrar, financial aid, and housing to support new student enrollment.
  • Undertake additional admissions-related initiatives as assigned.
