Assistant Director of Admission - Technology and Operations
About The Position
Required Qualifications · Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. · Experience using a CRM (such as Technolutions Slate, Salesforce, Workday, etc.). · Ability to leverage technology to improve operational efficiency, as evidenced by direct work experience. · Demonstrated critical thinking, problem-solving, analytical, organizational, and communication skills. · Ability to explain complex systems to stakeholders with varying technical knowledge. · Willingness to work occasional evenings and weekends. Preferred Qualifications · 2+ years of experience using a CRM , preferably Technolutions Slate. · Knowledge of any ERP systems, preferably Ellucian Banner or similar · Previous supervisory or project management experience. · Working knowledge of html. · Understanding of how to write SQL queries.
