The Assistant Nursing Director of the Neuro Institute plays a key leadership role in advancing excellence in patient care and clinical operations across inpatient and ambulatory settings. This position partners closely with nurse managers to oversee daily operations, drive performance, and support high-quality, patient-centered care. The Assistant Nursing Director ensures that nursing and clinical practices align with the Nursing Institute’s mission, professional standards, and evidence-based philosophy, while fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement. A caregiver in this position works day/night rotation, 7:00am—7:30pm or 7:00pm—7:30am.
