The University of Illinois Hospital & Health Sciences System (UI Health) provides comprehensive care, education, and research to the people of Illinois and beyond. UI Health is dedicated to the pursuit of health equity. Position Summary Report to the Director of Health Social Work and take direction from leadership in the Care Continuum. Assist in the development, direction, organization, and coordination of various programs within the scope of Social Work. Coordinate activities for the development of the department; participate in planning departmental goals and implementing policies and procedures; assist in the development of new programs; also provide direct patient care service, staff supervision, consultation and serve on multidisciplinary planning committees and engage in related duties as assigned.
