About The Position
The Assistant Director, Internships & Funding is responsible for ensuring every Dartmouth student has equitable access to transformative internship experiences. This role oversees the creation of internship funding applications, monitors and executes decision-making processes, and provides lead administrative support to streamline internship funding opportunities. By collaborating closely with various academic centers and leveraging dedicated endowment funds, the Assistant Director integrates innovative, equity-driven practices that remove financial barriers and enhance student career exploration. Ultimately, this position empowers students to apply classroom learning in real-world settings while fostering a cohesive and responsive internship ecosystem.
