About The Position
The position involves providing oversight and leadership on major processes for the department, including manual development and oversight, Health & Safety inspections, Move-In Crew, break coverage operations, and student staff spring connection day. The role requires collaboration with the AD of Business & Administrative Services to ensure that Residence Life expectations and needs are considered and incorporated. Responsibilities also include reviewing and updating employment contracts in collaboration with TU General Counsel, managing compliance for the department, and collaborating with campus partners and HRL staff on standardized responses to incidents with broad community impact. Additionally, the position involves coordinating, implementing, and facilitating a training program for Community Center employees and their supervising RLCs.
