Under the supervision of the Director, the Assistant Director will provide support and coordination that impacts the success of the GLBTA Pride Center and its culturally diverse students. In collaboration with campus entities, the Assistant Director will lead innovative efforts to provide an integrated approach directed at improving LGBTQIA+ student outreach and retention, academic success, leadership and professional development, and enrichment for all students. The Assistant Director will work cross-divisionally and collaboratively with all campus constituencies to implement assessment-based experiences that prepare students for their careers and civic engagement in society. This position uses a student-informed, data-driven, and racial equity-minded approaches in all communication and service efforts. This is a student-facing position and requires in-person engagement. Remote work once a week permitted with Director's approval and is based on the needs of the department.
