Reports to: HMA Deputy Director Advancement FLSA: United States of America (Exempt) Employment Status: Regular/Full time The Assistant Director of Foundation and Government Relations leads strategic management of the Museum's relationships with foundations and government entities to maximize philanthropic investments. This role involves crafting innovative proposals, cultivating funder relationships, and coordinating with leadership and staff to meet funding goals for exhibitions, collections, and education programs. This role supervises one direct report, the Senior Coordinator of Grants. WORK SCHEDULE Monday – Friday Some weekends and after hours may be required for events
