Assistant Director for Development and Campaigns
About The Position
This role is intended to help support all campaign and development-related priorities. Duties will include: driving the Dean’s prospect portfolio by preparing his briefings and managing any upcoming campaigns; sharpening the focus on our gift table and top-priority donors; continuing to refine the pipeline through a complete quarterly review of the Dean’s prospects, working in connection with the research team and senior administrators; and working closely with our directors/team on events with a special focus on alumni and trustee engagement, stewardship, and ad hoc projects that advance the mission of our fundraising activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- 3+ years relevant professional level experience, including experience in scheduling and interacting with important donors, and writing or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Demonstrated organizational, writing, and event management skills.
- Proven ability to problem solve, adapt quickly, and deal with highly charged situations and individuals sensitively and calmly.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
