About The Position

This position provides financial leadership, budget oversight, and administrative support for all Facilities Services units. Oversees fiscal operations, leads the Financial and Administrative Support team, contributes to business process improvements, ensures data accuracy and controls, and supports departmental billing functions. Represents the unit in campus-wide collaborations and maintains consistent, high quality financial and administrative practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's (or higher) degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Management or a closely related field.
  • Four (4) years of full time (or part-time equivalent) professional level fiscal management and oversight experience in/with all of the following:
  • Professional level budget management experience.
  • Generating, managing, and analyzing various fiscal reports, statements, etc.
  • Microsoft Excel at an advanced level including proficiency with charting/graphing, formulas, and pivot tables.
