The Assistant Director of Food and Beverage is responsible for assisting the Director of Food and Beverage with the overall management of the Food and Beverage functions at Santa Ana Star Casino. The emphasis of responsibilities for this position are placed on front of the house operations; i.e. banquets, Bar and Grill, bar service standards, etc. Expectations of Leadership: Actively support, demonstrate, and promote the company’s core values.
