Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree and 3 years of experience in a related field Experience managing admissions/student data and leveraging to build reports Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong analytical and critical thinking skills Effective problem solving and project management skills Knowledge of admissions practices, processes, and procedures Demonstrates a high level of accuracy, even under pressure Commitment to working with people of diverse backgrounds Ability to interpret federal, state, and institutional rules and regulations and required procedures Preferred Qualifications Master’s degree 5 years using a CRM to drive admissions excellence Project management experience Extensive knowledge of the practices and procedures performed by Enrollment Management
