Requirements

  • Previous experience in childcare leadership, preschool administration, or center management
  • Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills
  • Solid understanding of licensing and operational requirements
  • Passion for team development and quality early childhood education

Responsibilities

  • Support the leadership and daily management of the center
  • Maintain compliance with Michigan licensing, health, and safety regulations
  • Hire, train, and develop teaching and administrative staff
  • Help drive enrollment, retention, and family satisfaction
  • Oversee staffing, scheduling, payroll support, and operational processes
  • Conduct school tours and assist with community outreach
  • Promote a positive, professional, and accountable work culture
