About The Position
The Assistant Director of Student Services within the EAGLES program at Auburn University is responsible for supporting student success and growth. This role involves designing and implementing course curricula, teaching select courses, overseeing the WINGS peer mentor organization, and enhancing student support services. The Assistant Director also manages students' personal and social development, supervises Instruction Coordinators, and ensures compliance with student data management while overseeing key student transition programs.
