About The Position

The Assistant Director Stewardship will support the CHOC Children's Foundation's comprehensive Stewardship program to build key relationships with prospects, supporters, donors and Board Members. Responsible independent management of stewardship events including overall project management. Assures donor acknowledgements, communication materials, donor recognition, graphic design, and donor engagement events. Collaborates to develop creative and effective methods to enhance donor recognition and strengthen donor satisfaction, working in partnership with the entire Foundation staff. The position reports to the Senior Associate Director Stewardship.

Requirements

• Experience managing, coordinating and/or supporting fundraising development programs and activities.
• Bachelor's Degree.
• Skilled in graphic design and proficient with Raiser's Edge.
• Experience with Adobe products.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work well with others.
• Ability to solve problems independently and prioritize projects.
• Highly organized and confident interacting with CHOC board members, major donors and volunteers.
