About The Position

Neumann University is currently seeking qualified applicants for a full-time Assistant Director in the Office of Degree Completion & Graduate Admissions. This position manages systems and recruitment for the office through the following functions:

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required (Master's preferred)
  • Experience in the recruitment process in higher education desired
  • Demonstrated experience in Microsoft Office applications with an emphasis on Excel
  • Excellent communication skills, time management and organizational skills
  • High energy, detail-oriented professional.
  • Candidates must possess an understanding of, appreciation for, and congruence with the Catholic Franciscan mission of the University.

Responsibilities

  • Outreach via mixed media communication with potential students, community & corporate partners, and key stakeholders for recruitment & enrollment etc.
  • Support the functionality of the recruitment database (Slate) and the collaboration with program Directors
  • Travel for recruitment & host presentation/webinars
  • Manage office Graduate Assistant, Student Ambassador, and Peer Leader program
  • Manage day-to-day needs of the office
  • Serve as the Social Media Lead for the team
  • Assist in planning and implementation of Information Sessions, Open Houses, webinars, New Student Orientations, and other events
  • Assist in the creation of marketing material
