Our Assistant Director of Clinical Services role bridges hands-on practice with meaningful leadership opportunities. This role is for the BCBA who’s ready to grow beyond a single discipline and step into collaborative leadership—supporting ABA, Speech, Diagnostics, and Residential services while preserving the family-feel culture that makes our clinic special.

Requirements

  • Possess a minimum of a master's degree or national equivalent with a major in psychology, special education, or related field of study is preferred.
  • Have obtained certification as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) as verified through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board in good standing.
  • A minimum of four (4) years experience in working with children, adolescents, and/or adults with various special needs, including supervisory responsibilities.
  • Strong knowledge of ethical and evidence-based practices across ABA service delivery.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead with warmth, professionalism, and accountability.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, including Speech, Diagnostic, or related clinical services, preferred.
  • This role is ideal for BCBAs seeking to expand their leadership skills and grow into senior clinical leadership and/or who would be interested in clinic leadership as we expand into additional locations.

Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day clinical oversight of ABA, Speech, Diagnostic, and Residential services to ensure alignment with organizational standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with discipline leads (BCBAs, SLPs, diagnosticians, residential RBTs) to ensure coordinated, integrated care.
  • Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and clinical case review.
  • Support clinical decision-making related to treatment intensity, service recommendations, and transitions across programs.
  • Maintain a 15- 20-hour per week billable caseload with a focus on community programming.
  • Lead and oversee the RBT Mentor Program for Registered Behavior Technicians enrolled in master’s-level programs pursuing BCBA certification.
  • Any other tasks outlined by the executive clinical director.
