Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the general administration of the Center for Korean Research and handle day-to-day operations.
  • Develop strategic and operational goals in collaboration with the CKR Director.
  • Plan and deliver events, workshops, and conferences aligned with Center priorities.
  • Manage the full life-cycle of events from planning to execution and reporting.
  • Process financial requests and reconcile expenses for the Center.
  • Develop and track project budgets according to guidelines.
  • Prepare financial reports for sponsors and assist in donor management and fundraising.
  • Maintain a strong digital and print communications presence for the Center.
  • Manage the CKR website and social media content, tracking analytics.
  • Create and distribute publicity materials related to the Center's programming.
  • Act as a liaison between CKR and the campus community, fostering collaboration.
  • Process instructional and research appointments for Center-sponsored fellows and researchers.
  • Supervise student workers and manage hiring processes.
