The Assistant Director is responsible for supporting the development and implementation of first-generation student programming, including Summer Bridge, Promise, and advising First-Gen Ambassadors. This position plays a role in the planning and implementation of programming that builds community among first-generation students in order to positively impact retention, persistence, and student success through degree completion. Work is performed under general supervision, and performance is based upon completion of assignments and results obtained. The performance evaluation is conducted through the performance evaluation system and in accordance with the University Policies & Procedures.
