Job Highlights: Starting pay: $70,000/yr To qualify for the Assistant Director, Behavioral Health Urgent Care, you must have: At least one (1) year of experience in a crisis management setting or service during which the individual provided crisis response. Preferred: Experience working with adults, children, or adolescents with a mental health diagnosis and/or substance use disorder. This Opportunity: The primary purpose of this role is to provide onsite daily management of the Crisis Center. This role will function as a leader among the Lead Behavioral Technicians and Behavioral Technicians, ensuring frontline processes are efficient and effective, ensuring excellent communication flows freely between leadership and the direct floor staff, and ensuring quality care is provided to the individuals served.
