Assistant Director and Career Coach

Coordinate programs and services for students, alumni and faculty in selected academic departments and liaison with departments. Key Responsibilities: • Coordinate career planning and job search programs and activities • Provide career advising services and educational programs for students and alumni through individual appointments and group presentations and discussion • Support employer development and recruitment activities Responsibilities may include: • Developing and implementing career development programs and services • Building relationships with academic departments and employers • Providing career counseling and advising services to students and alumni • Facilitating job search and career planning activities • Coordinating employer recruitment events and activities
