About The Position

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Master's degree in Social Work (MSW), Certified Social Worker (CSW), or related field preferred.
  • Supervisory experience in mental health settings.
  • Knowledge of MICA/homeless population.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.
  • Two years of sobriety if recovering.

Nice To Haves

  • Vaccination preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Assist Director with day-to-day operation of the Reception Center.
  • Supervise Operations and Nursing Departments.
  • Assist with monthly DHS statistics and conduct in-service trainings.
  • Manage incident reports and conduct money management.
  • Run monthly managers meeting.
  • Perform related duties as assigned.
