Assistant Dining Room Manager
About The Position
University Retirement Community’s premier upscale senior living community, is seeking an experienced Assistant Dining Room Manager with a minimum of 2-4 years of experience in dining room management or equivalent roles to help lead our front-of-house team in our fine-dining restaurant, upscale casual Bistro, and/or catering program. Table-side service, lead trainer, or supervisor experience is a plus. We are not a nursing home or typical retirement community. At our luxury, resort-like community, we are driven to provide our residents with the best hospitality Davis has to offer, so our residents don’t need to leave home for an incredible restaurant experience. Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in dining room management or equivalent roles
- A valid Food Handlers card is required

- ServSafe Food Safety Manager certificate
