Requirements

A bachelor’s in Fashion Merchandising or similar is a plus, but we’re all about unique backgrounds and fresh perspectives.
Meticulous, highly organized, and thrives in collaborative team settings
Exceptional communicator, both verbally and in writing
Resourceful problem-solver who tackles challenges head-on
Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word), RMS, Business Objects, and internal platforms
Hybrid work schedule on a rotating monthly basis.
Comfortable working in metal-free areas to support company security protocols

Responsibilities

Ensure accuracy of product information (SKU attributes, descriptions)
Coordinate samples, orders, and planogram setup
Support omnichannel operations by partnering with Ecommerce to get products online
Maintain and update departmental reports and purchase order logs
Manage annual sample inventory and live merchandise kiosk inventory
Communicate consistently with internal partners (sample room, DC, AP, QA, etc.)
Facilitate buyer sample process and prepare products for executive meetings
Participate in trend discussions and help create trend boards
Research and resolve purchase order discrepancies and product quality issues
Work on special projects as assigned
