The Assistant Deputy Chief Clerk is tasked with ensuring the efficient processing of cases, managing budgets and payroll, and overseeing the deployment and management of non-judicial personnel. Additionally, this role requires coordination with non-court agencies and handling the receipt, accounting, and disbursement of fines, fees, bail, and other public or custodial funds. In the absence of the Deputy Chief Clerk V, the Assistant Deputy Chief Clerk may assume their duties, making this position critical for maintaining court operations. The responsibilities extend to supervising clerical and professional court personnel, representing the court in discussions with other agencies, and monitoring trial parts to ensure maximum utilization of resources.
