About The Position
The Assistant Dental Director collaborates with the Chief Dental Officer to support and develop the integration of dental care services at the clinic site level. The ADD is responsible for developing the clinical staff and optimizing clinical operations. As a primary care, the ADD will also provide dental services for a panel of patients. This includes: medical dental diagnosis, treatment services and managing quality dental care services to patients.
