About The Position

At Aspen Dental, the Assistant Dental Office Manager, also known as an Operations Lead, is a full-time role focused on providing superior patient service and supporting the daily operations of the dental office. The position offers job security and stability within a world-class dental service organization (DSO) and includes a best-in-class training program. This role provides an opportunity to positively impact communities and patients' lives. New hires will participate in an eight-week training program to ensure success. The company fosters a fun and supportive culture that encourages collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning through TAG U. Aspen Dental-branded practices are independently owned and operated by licensed dentists, receiving non-clinical business support services from Aspen Dental Management, Inc.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients of all ages and backgrounds
  • Demonstrate analytical thinking
  • Place a premium on leveraging data
  • Organized and detail oriented

Responsibilities

  • Perform daily front office tasks and duties to help create lasting impressions and build trust and loyalty with patients
  • Provide superior patient service with compassion and care in accordance with patient needs, company policies and procedures, government regulations, and dental board standards
  • Work collaboratively with other members of the dental team to provide exceptional patient care
  • Consult with patients on treatment options provided by clinical team, verifying insurance payment and collection ensuring high quality of care
  • Under the direction of the Manager, supervise and reinforce the daily tasks and priorities of the non-clinical team
  • Review data day to day to evaluate the impact on the practice
  • Oversee scheduling and confirming patient appointments
  • Verify insurance payment, collection, balance nightly deposits and credit card processing
  • Perform additional tasks assigned by the Manager
