About The Position

DELI LEAD: Hourly Lead Person in Market Deli and responsible for its day-to-day operation. This person's primary duties are to supervise the Market Deli staff including customer service, employee relations, training and orientation, scheduling, ordering, pricing, merchandising, stocking, organizing promotions and product demonstrations, suggestive selling, rotation, record keeping, inventory [Backstock Control], price maintenance, housekeeping, and sanitation. Secondary duties assume related activities as required or assigned.
