ASSISTANT DELI MANAGER – Provides guidance and oversight of the Deli Department with direction from the store manager during assigned shifts. Time is spent ensuring food preparation and packaging products, merchandising and stocking. Maintains our strict sanitization standards, and assists customers. Determines weekly work schedule and establishes a daily work plan for the department, as well as other departmental duties.
