About The Position

As our Assistant Deli Manager, you are assisting the Deli and Custom Meal Solutions (CMS) Manager with managing department inventory, pricing integrity, training, and other operational processes that require significant attention to detail. This is a fast-paced position that requires efficiency, effectiveness, and a passion for excellence to drive results while curating an impeccable experience for our guests and team members.

Requirements

• 3 plus years of experience in a guest service role
• 1 plus years of leadership experience
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Must be at least 18 years of age

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing department inventory and pricing integrity
• Train and coach team members on guest service and operational processes
• Greet guests and provide accurate and timely information
• Make recommendations and accommodate guest requests
• Manage order guides, ordering deadlines, and reduce shrink and damage
• Receive and stock goods following rotation standards
• Direct teams in handling, slicing, and preparing meats, cheeses, and Convenient Meal Solutions (CMS)
• Engage and motivate team members to provide excellent guest service
