About The Position
The Assistant Dean of Undergraduate Operations and Student Success at Seattle University is a full-time, nonexempt position that operates under a hybrid work model. The role is integral to enhancing the student experience and promoting student success within the College of Science and Engineering (CSE). The Assistant Dean will serve as a primary liaison to University Admissions, oversee student affairs and success initiatives, support academic affairs, and provide supervision and leadership to staff. The position requires collaboration across various departments to implement effective strategies for recruitment, retention, and student engagement, all while upholding the Jesuit values of the university.
