Gonzaga College High School is seeking full-time high school Assistant Dean of Students beginning in the 2026-2027 school year. Candidates will possess a minimum of a bachelor's degree. The ideal candidate will have at least 3-5 years of successful work/teaching experience in secondary education and be able to support the school's mission of building young men who are religious, loving, academically competent, open to growth, and committed to doing justice. The Assistant Dean of Students reports directly to the Dean of Students, is a member of the Student Services team and aids the Dean in maintaining proper student behavior as proscribed by the Student/Parent Handbook and in staffing the Office of Student Services . This position is salaried and includes administrative and student oversight duties during the school day, and on nights and weekends. A valid driver's license is also required. The salary for this position ranges from $56,000 to $72,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
