About The Position

This Assistant Dean position will be directly tasked with developing new education products that serve the needs of post-baccalaureate students in the community, most of whom are currently employed. We anticipate launching three certificates (AI in Business, Business Fundamentals, Leadership in Engineering) that would be paired with existing certificates from Engineering and/or Computer Science. Foster School of Business also plans to launch upwards of ten additional certificates that would be internal to Foster. The total annual student count in such programs is currently uncertain, but we anticipate approximately 100 students annually in the first three certificates, with the potential for an additional 100-200 students in the Foster-specific certificates once fully established. The summer high-school program is being expanded currently with a goal of 300 students each summer. The TechMBA program in India would ideally launch in AY28 with a total student count of 100 students.

Requirements

Master's Degree in Education (or related field)
3 years experience in Higher Education Program Management and/or Development
Equivalent education/experience can substitute for all minimum qualifications except when there are legal requirements, such as a license/certification/registration.
