About The Position

Nature du travail: La personne étudiante agira à titre d’assistante de recherche au sein d’un projet portant sur l’analyse qualitative de données en contexte de recherche universitaire. Elle sera principalement responsable de la retranscription intégrale d’entrevues en verbatim, dans le respect des normes de rigueur scientifique, de confidentialité et d’anonymisation des données. Elle contribuera également à diverses tâches de soutien à la recherche, notamment l’organisation et la gestion des corpus d’entrevues, la vérification de la qualité et de la cohérence des transcriptions, ainsi que l’appui logistique aux étapes d’analyse et de documentation. Selon les besoins du projet, elle pourra être appelée à effectuer des tâches connexes liées au travail d’assistanat de recherche.

• Student in higher education and directed by the holder of the Research Chair on the self-determination of Indigenous Peoples

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the complete transcription of interviews verbatim, respecting the standards of scientific rigor, confidentiality and anonymization of data.
• Contribute to various research support tasks, including the organization and management of interview corpora, verification of the quality and consistency of transcriptions, as well as logistical support for the analysis and documentation stages.
• May be required to perform related tasks related to research assistant work.
