About The Position
The Assistant Dairy Farm Manager will rotate and support several shifts of the daily care and management of calves and heifers, including feeding, watering, bedding, and monitoring their health. The role involves executing daily farm operations and maintenance of facilities and equipment, as well as overseeing and maintaining a fleet of dairy and crop equipment. The position is part of a family-owned business that produces dairy cow feed on more than 600 acres of land, with many acres double-cropped. Corner View Farm has been operating since 1915 and serves as a research, training, and new equipment test farm for AMS Galaxy USA. The ideal candidate will align with the company's core values of Integrity, Authenticity, and Humility, and have a passion for technology in farming.
