About The Position

ABM is seeking a Services Project Manager. Main focus of this role is the responsible for the growth, operational and financial success of his/her branch. The Project Manager must lead a diverse team, engage in regular client interaction, develop internal and external relationships, deliver financial goals, manage and forecast an accurate budget, manage vendors, interface with senior leadership and work to continuously develop operational team members. Shift hours are from: 5:00 PM-1:00 PM night shift.

Responsibilities

• Lead a diverse team to ensure operational and financial success of the branch.
• Engage in regular client interaction to maintain and develop relationships.
• Develop internal and external relationships to support business growth.
• Deliver financial goals and manage an accurate budget.
• Manage vendors and ensure compliance with contracts.
• Interface with senior leadership to report on project status and financials.
• Continuously develop operational team members through training and support.
