About The Position

ABM is seeking a Services Project Manager. The main focus of this role is to be responsible for the growth, operational and financial success of his/her branch. The Project Manager must lead a diverse team, engage in regular client interaction, develop internal and external relationships, deliver financial goals, manage and forecast an accurate budget, manage vendors, interface with senior leadership, and work to continuously develop operational team members. Shift hours are from 5:00 PM to 1:00 AM night shift.

Requirements

• Proven experience in project management within a facility services environment.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a diverse team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client interaction.
• Experience in budget management and financial forecasting.
• Ability to develop and maintain relationships with vendors and clients.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in the commercial real estate or aviation sectors.
• Familiarity with E-Verify and employment eligibility verification processes.
• Military experience or familiarity with military-friendly employment practices.
