About The Position
The Assistant Court Clerk provides services for two County Courts-at-Law by maintaining the Minute books, sending notices to attorneys, and filing material within the courts. The role involves responding to requests for assistance from the Court Clerk and other officials, processing and filing a variety of legal documents, and carrying out all duties of the Court Clerk in their absence. The incumbent generally determines how much time will be spent on the work of each of the two courts.
