The Assistant Corrosion Project Manager should have an solid understanding of corrosion mechanisms and materials science. The role will require a split between office time and fieldwork. The office work consists of preparing for field work, compiling field data, as well as writing reports and technical memorandums. The field work will consist of performing assessments on pipelines and concrete structures associated with the water, wastewater, and transportation industries. Field work includes entering confined spaces, working near traffic, and working in wastewater structures. The Assistant Corrosion Project Manager will also be expected to frequently travel nationally for field work. This role will receive classroom and hands-on training to be able to perform fieldwork properly and in a safe manner. In the role of Assistant Corrosion Project Manager, we'll count on you to:
