We are looking for an Assistant Coordinator to provide support to staff and residents, back-up for the Residential Coordinator when needed, and to ensure staff have what they need to be successful in their roles. The Assistant Coordinator supports the Residential Coordinator at Beekman House and plays a vital role in supporting residents and staff. Requirements
- Experience working in human services or related field
- Compassion, respect and ability to set appropriate boundaries
- An understanding of trauma-informed care
- Ability to assess risk and support a positive environment for residents
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
