Position Overview: + Assists machine operators in the operation, repair and maintenance of equipment. + Handle raw materials and finished products, including loading and unloading materials as required. + Packing of finished products into boxes, ensuring proper packaging and labeling in accordance with company standards. + Inspect products for defects and ensure they meet quality standard, reporting any product defects to management. + Maintain a clean and organized work area. This includes regularly cleaning workstations, removing debris, and following established protocols for waste disposal. + Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols to maintain a safe working environment. + Perform basic maintenance tasks on machinery and equipment, reporting any issues to the maintenance team. + Work cooperatively with other team members and communicate effectively to ensure seamless production processes. + Maintain accurate production documentation as required. + All other duties as assigned.
