The Assistant Controller assists the Controller in maintaining and enforcing the Bank's internal controls and prepares financial information and financial reports to determine or maintain records of assets, liabilities, profit and loss and other financial activities within the organization. The Assistant Controller is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Bank's accounting organization, including the general ledger, accounts payable, payroll, fixed assets, prepaids and other critical areas. The Assistant Controller also is responsible for the management of the Bank's monthly, quarterly and annual close processes.
