The Assistant Controller leads daily accounting and finance operations with precision and integrity, ensuring compliance with financial standards. They inspire and guide a high-performing team, drive accurate reporting, and uncover insights through data analysis. By strengthening internal controls and streamlining processes, they boost efficiency and empower strategic decisions while cultivating a collaborative, growth-focused culture.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or accounting required.
  • CPA required.
  • 8-10 years in accounting role with audit and financial reporting experience.
  • 2-4 years of people management experience.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Power BI or Tableau, and Python or SQL.
  • Customer focus, excellent leadership skills, and strong communication skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Master’s degree preferred.
  • Public accounting and manufacturing experience preferred.
  • Oracle experience preferred (FCCS, ARCS, Fusion).
  • ERP implementation experience a plus.
  • Experience with AI, automation, and data driven decision-making a plus.

  • Compensation : The expected annual base salary range for this role is $130,000 - $170,000. This role qualifies for an incentive plan based on individual and company performance.
